A. Bulk orders may be arranged by contacting us at email@example.com . Our team will assist you with your order, as well as arrange for delivery and payment. Please note, items may have different limits to qualify as bulk orders Additionally, some items may have quantity limit restrictions.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Not yet. Currently we ship in Dubai, UAE & all over UAE through a third party.
Q. Do you have a physical store I can visit?
A. No, Alassassi is an online store only.
Q. When will I get my order?
A. Alassassi currently ships the next business day for all items marked "EXPRESS". For the other items, we ship within 2 - 4 business days. If your order contains both Express and regular items, they might not arrive together. Orders are typically processed same day, and each item will show the expected time to process and ship out. Some items may take longer to ship out and they will be clearly marked as such. All items will show availability information both on the product page and on the shopping cart page.
You will typically receive a shipping notification email within 24 hours of your order shipping which will include your tracking numbers. By logging in, you can also retrieve your tracking information and past order history .
Please note: Alassassi reserves the right to request additional information to verify your order. Your order may need to be placed on hold and/or canceled until the order can be verified. We do this to protect the identity of our customers so that we can provide a safe online experience.

A. When you place an order, an authorization is put on your card for the amount of your order. Your credit card will be charged within 24-48 hours after your order is placed (depending on your banking institution) or when your items ship, whichever comes first.
