Ingredients: wheat flour, coconut oil, glucose syrup, sugar, fat-reduced cocoa 9% in the cream filling, dextrose, whey powder (milk), chocolate 5% in the cream filling (sugar, cocoa mass), soy flour, skimmed milk powder, barley malt extract, hazelnuts, raising agents (sodium hydrogen carbonate, disodium diphosphate), salt, emulsifier soy lecithins, Bourbon vanilla pods, spices. May contain almonds.

Their meticulous preparation was first refined with masterly skill by Alfons Loacker and later by his son Armin, who preserved and enhanced the original recipe.
The prime ingredient of the wafer is wheat flour. They go out and choose truly genuine, high-quality wheat, which is neither genetically modified, nor treated in any way to alter its natural life cycle. The grain is milled in facilities nearby, following a special protocol that gives our wafers their distinctively crisp, delicate structure.
In addition to flour, truly divine wafers need clear water and pure air, and thay have no difficulty finding the freshest and purest up here in the mountains, at 1,000 meters above sea level, where we have been located since Armin moved the facilities in the 1970s. Another key ingredient is the passion of our staff, as is absolute respect for the famous original recipe, which is at the heart of all the technological processes we use today.
The raw materials, quantities and timing are those of tradition, but ever since the 1980s, Loacker has stood out for its technological intuitions, such as integrated heat recovery during the baking process.
